The culinary art of Replay Restaurant comes form the will to create a fine cuisine, made of many different flavours, colours and odours.

Our cooks’ mastery creates a perfect blend between the various flavours of the Mediterranean Diet, combining the typical dishes of the Italian cuisine with those of Lombardy.

 

It is the culinary inspiration of our chefs - real flavour artists – that creates our specialities, ‘risotto alla monzese’, ‘gnocchetti al mascarpone’ and ‘penne al rancho’, in addition to the courses of the Milanese tradition like marrowbone with risotto, Milanese entrecote, and fish ‘carpaccio’.

 

To those who love simpler flavours we recommend our main course, the meat ‘tagliata’, but also our classical grilled T-bone steak Florentine style enriched with the inevitable early vegetables of the season.

 

A perfect pizza baked in a wood-burning oven and a wide choice of cool food complete our menu, created in order to satisfy all our clients’ tastes.

 

Of course, you can enjoy a wide selection of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines as well as champagne.
